Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods (Bank Transfer) or (MB Way).
The information required to pay for an order is sent manually to the email address provided by the customer during the purchase process.
The Bank Transfer payment method has a validation period of 24 to 72 hours.
The MB Way payment method has an immediate validation period or up to 24 hours.
After payment, the customer will receive confirmation via the email address provided during the purchase process.
Bank Transfer
Payment by bank transfer is credited to the IBAN provided after the purchase process.
This payment method requires the order number to be identified when making the payment.
You can make the bank transfer via an ATM or via your home banking service.
Payment must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the availability of the product.
The order is shipped after the transfer has been validated.
Once the payment and validation period has expired, the order is cancelled.
Depending on the financial institution or the amount credited to the account, the transaction may or may not incur costs.
MB Way
The payment by mb way is credited to the contact provided after the purchase process.
Available to all customers using this service via their personal mobile device.
This payment method requires the order number to be identified when making the payment.
Payment must be made within 24 hours to guarantee product availability.
The order is shipped after the transfer has been validated.
Once the payment and validation period has expired, the order is cancelled.

Carrier
We arrange delivery through Correios de Portugal (Ctt) or a carrier such as (Mrw, Dhl, or Gls).
Orders are sent to the address provided during the purchase process (always check the address to ensure it is complete and accurate).
You will be notified of the status of your order and any updates via the email or contact details provided during the purchase process.
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the following Monday.

Shipping time: 1 working day.
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 working days.
Portuguese Islands

Mainland Spain
Carrier (Mrw, Dhl, Gls).
Shipping time: 1 working day.

Orders and Pre-orders
Orders depend on preparation time, usually 5 to 10 working days.
Pre-orders depend on the official release date and availability in stock.
Shipping and delivery times depend on transport and shipping deadlines.

Exchanges and Returns
Exchange Process
The customer may exchange an item within 14 working days.
Upon receiving the item, it is important to check its condition.
Exchanging the item for another with the same code (SKU) is the simplest and quickest process.
The exchange procedure does not guarantee an exchange for an item of the same size, colour or characteristics.
Exchanges are subject to available stock.
If the item is not to your liking, you must report the fault using the exchange form.
The information on the form must match the information entered by the customer during the purchase process.
After receiving a response from our services, place the item in its original packaging and include the respective invoice.
The item must be sent to our address.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Upon receipt, the item will undergo an evaluation process and must meet the requirements described in 'Exchange and Return Conditions'.
You will be notified of the exchange status via email.
The exchange will be completed within 14 working days.
Any refund procedure will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
Return Process
The customer may return their order within 14 working days.
Upon receiving the item, it is important to check its condition.
If the item does not meet your expectations, you must report the fault using the return form.
The details on the form must match those entered by the customer during the purchase process.
After receiving a response from our services, place the item in its original packaging and include the respective invoice.
The item must be sent to our address.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Upon receipt, the item will undergo an evaluation process and must meet the requirements described in 'Exchange and Return Conditions'.
You will be notified of the return status via email.
Refunds will be made using the payment method used in the purchase process within 14 working days.
Any refund procedure will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
Exchange and Return Conditions
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
In the event of a possible manufacturing defect or other anomaly, you must justify it using the form.
Only items that show no signs of use and are clean will be accepted.
The item must have its labels and respective identifications attached.
Damaged products are not accepted due to inadvertent use.
Spidycat reserves the right to reject negotiations that do not meet the above requirements.
Spidycat may withhold the refund until the item is returned.
